A mandala is a circular design, usually with a central point from which images, patterns, symbols or shapes spread out. The process of creating a mandala can not only be about pleasing design but can embrace personal meaning and be a positive channel for reflection. designed for adults no creative expertise required - plenty of support and ideas will be available the aim is to create a mandala reflecting some aspect of your life or identity, your hopes or dreams, using paint and collage materials we will begin with a short, seated relaxation session to help you focus on your creativity tea, coffee and infusions will be available throughout the day and are included in the price To view a whole range of mandalas, created by people just like you, have a look at  The Mandala Project.
