A mandala is a circular design, usually with a
central point from which images, patterns,
symbols or shapes spread out.
The process of creating a mandala can not
only be about pleasing design but can embrace
personal meaning and be a positive channel
for reflection.
designed for adults
no creative expertise required - plenty of
support and ideas will be available
we will begin with a short seated
relaxation session to help get you in the
mood
the aim is to create a mandala reflecting
some aspect of your life or identity, your
hopes or dreams, using paint and collage
materials
tea, coffee and infusions will be available
throughout the day and are included in
the price
To view a whole range of mandalas,
created by people just like you, have a
look at The Mandala Project.
